Custom safety nets
Warehouse safety nets
Protect your staff and goods from falling products, without losing visibility, light or contact on the shop floor.
Warehouse safety nets are dividing and safety nets that stop pallets, boxes and loose products falling from racking or from height onto walkways and workstations. LGA Netting makes them to measure for your warehouse and installs them itself. If you wish, we also fit collision protection, so the net and racking are protected against forklifts.
Prevent accidents
Falling pallets or products put people and goods in the warehouse at risk. An accident can lead to injury, damage, production downtime or claims. A net catches the load before it reaches the aisle or workstation.
Benefits
Transparent
You keep sight of the situation and no light is lost.
Communication
Staff can still see and hear each other. That is good for safety and for the working atmosphere.
Reconfiguration
The nets are quick to remove and relocate when the layout of the shop floor changes.
Versions
We tailor the net to your situation. Popular versions:
- Vertical dividing nets along racking and walkways.
- Horizontal nets above workstations that catch falling products.
- Nets reinforced with webbing, for heavier loads.
- Nets in high-visibility colours, such as red, blue or green, to mark hazard zones.
- Collision protection with steel corner posts and beams.
Made to measure
Our warehouse safety nets are made of polypropylene or polyethylene. We choose breaking strength, twine thickness and mesh size to suit your application: what is stored in the racking, how high it is and how the net is fixed.
We install the nets ourselves and fit them around your racking, columns and walkways.

What determines the price?
Every project is bespoke, so we work with a quote. These factors determine the price:
- Dimensions: the number of square metres of net, or the number of racking bays or linear metres.
- Working height and access: whether a cherry picker or scaffolding is needed.
- Type of net: strength, mesh size, twine thickness and colour.
- Fixing: to racking, a steel structure, concrete or a facade, with steel cables, posts or a tube frame.
- Extras such as collision protection, passageways or removable sections.
- Scheduling: installation during business hours, outside business hours or in phases.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between warehouse safety nets and racking safety nets?
Warehouse safety nets is the broad term for nets that protect people and goods in a warehouse: dividing nets along walkways, horizontal nets above workstations and nets between zones. Racking safety nets are a specific type that hangs directly on or just behind the racking. We will advise you on the solution that suits your warehouse.
Can the nets be removed if the warehouse layout changes?
Yes. The nets are installed so they can be removed quickly and without damage. When the shop floor is reorganised, we can take them down and rehang them elsewhere, or adapt them to the new dimensions. That way your investment stays useful as your warehouse changes over time.
Does the warehouse stay well lit with nets?
Yes. A net is open, so light and visibility are largely preserved. Staff can see each other and the stock, and forklift drivers keep their overview. That is an important difference from solid panels or fine wire mesh. We choose the mesh size so the net stops the products while staying as open as possible.
Do you also install collision protection?
Yes. Where forklifts or pallet trucks operate, we can combine the net with collision protection made of steel corner posts and beams. This protects the bottom of the net and the racking against impacts. We assess where it is needed in each situation and include it in the quote, so everything is installed in one go.
